Job summary

Homes for Students is seeking a Maintenance Operative at Paddington Park House in Liverpool. The role is 40 hours per week, 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on planned and reactive property maintenance and ensuring compliance.

As part of the team, you will manage reporting and responses to faults, liaise with suppliers, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience in relation to the condition and repairs of the property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of property maintenance within a similar environment or qualified in a trade across multiple disciplines.
• Knowledge of safe working methods and health & safety requirements.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritise workload and respond to issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the property.
• Ensure statutory compliance is maintained at all times.
• Report issues and liaise with suppliers and contractors.
• Maintain high-quality customer experience through prompt fault response and property condition.
• Work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
