Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Winfield Court. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm on a rota, ensuring statutory compliance and managing reactive and planned maintenance to keep residents safe and comfortable.

You will be hands-on, with a solid maintenance background including PPMs, tackling routine fixes while improving the building. Comprehensive training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Solid background in building maintenance including planned preventative maintenance (PPMs).
• Hands-on problem solver with ability to fix, maintain and improve the building.

Responsibilities

• Ensure statutory compliance for the building.
• Manage large outdoor waste bins and site waste areas.
• Handle routine fixes and tackle reactive repairs.
• Carry out planned maintenance to keep residents safe and comfortable.
