SE-Solicitors is seeking an experienced Property Litigator to join our Property Portfolio Management team in Bourne End. You will handle a broad range of property litigation, including breach of lease, transfer deeds and defended disputes across leasehold and freehold properties, in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

We look for a commercially minded litigator with strong teamwork and communication skills, able to manage busy workloads and maintain high standards of client service.

Qualificações

• Ability to work within a team and interact effectively.
• Confident communication skills both written and verbal.
• Articulate with a high level of attention to detail.
• Organised and able to handle a busy and varied workload.
• Fully committed to a high level of client service.
• Experience with SOS case management is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a wide range of client litigation matters with a focus on land and property disputes.
• Carry out work to high standards in line with firm policies and procedures.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all firm and client documentation and information.
• Keep clients regularly updated on case progress.
• Handle telephone calls effectively and efficiently.
• Ensure complaints are dealt with professionally and in line with procedures.
• Maintain files clearly and orderly according to firm policies.
• Ensure documents are completed per firm procedures.
• Promote awareness of the firm's other legal services to clients.
• Maintain a proactive, solution-focused approach to matters.
