You will handle landlord/tenant disputes, boundary issues, and lease renewals, managing a diverse caseload with independence in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience in property litigation.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law and property legislation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Client-focused and empathetic.

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients in property disputes (commercial and residential).
• Manage a diverse caseload independently.
• Draft legal documents (pleadings, agreements, etc.).
• Handle mediations, arbitrations, and court advocacy if required.
• Stay updated on property law and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and promote diversity and inclusion.
