BWF Legal Recruitment is assisting a respected Essex law firm to recruit a property litigation solicitor. You will handle a varied caseload and advise for investors, developers, landlords and tenants within a friendly, close-knit team.

This role offers hybrid flexible working, strong career development and exposure to high‑quality work. You should have 5+ PQE in property litigation and a passion for delivering courteous, efficient service to clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ PQE in property litigation with solid court/ADR experience.
• Experience advising investors, developers, landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied property litigation caseload with minimal supervision.
• Provide high-quality client service and build long‑term relationships.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to business development.
