CRA Legal is recruiting an experienced Property Litigation Fee Earner to join its Chesterfield team. The role involves managing a varied caseload of property disputes from initial instruction through to resolution, with autonomy and support from an established firm.

You will handle landlord/tenant, boundary and other property disputes, developing strong client relationships within the property disputes team. Hybrid working options are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience handling property litigation / property disputes.
• Solid understanding of contentious property matters.
• Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• Commercial and client-focused approach.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction to resolution.
• Represent clients in landlord/tenant disputes, boundary issues and other property disputes.
