Job summary

More2Life is seeking a proactive Property Litigation Associate with strong organisational skills to support high-risk cases from inception to resolution. The role involves working with lenders, solicitors, asset managers and field agents while ensuring regulatory and procedural standards are maintained.

You will develop knowledge across England, Wales, and Scotland, contributing to continuous improvements in property and litigation processes within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting litigation, court administration and enforcement.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, arrears or possession environments.
• Knowledge of court procedures across England, Wales and Scotland.
• Experience in regulated financial services or property sectors.
• Exposure to working with solicitors and asset managers.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support progression of litigation and enforcement cases through admin tasks.
• Learn pre-litigation, litigation and enforcement processes across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with solicitors, asset managers, field agents and third parties.
• Maintain accurate case records and document activity.
• Monitor progression and escalate delays or risks.
• Build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Assist with team reporting and MI.
• Support QA and regulatory compliance.
• Process invoices and perform other admin duties.
• Contribute to process improvements and customer outcomes.
