Job summary

Chadwick Nott is representing a Cheltenham-based role for a Property Litigation Solicitor. The successful candidate will handle a broad mix of commercial and residential disputes, advising landlords, tenants, property managers, and investors.

You will manage breaches of covenant, dilapidations, and possession proceedings, while developing your own caseload and collaborating with other teams to deliver commercially-focused advice. A proactive, client-focused attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ PQE in Property Litigation
• Experience across commercial and/or residential property disputes
• Strong technical grounding and a practical, solution-focused mindset
• Confident drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and handle a busy, varied caseload
• Collaborative approach and strong client communication skills
• Proactive attitude with an interest in building client relationships
