Property Litigation Solicitor - Bristol or Bath

Highly regarded regional firm are on the lookout for a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team in either Bristol or Bath. This is a brilliant opportunity to become part of a friendly, inclusive group of legal professionals working across a wide-ranging caseload and a diverse client base ranging from ambitious SMEs and global businesses to private individuals.

We're looking for someone who has solid experience in property litigation, either from their training contract or through time spent as a Paralegal. You'll be confident managing your own files while also enjoying the support and collaboration of a wider team. The successful candidate can expect a varied workload that includes:

• Commercial lease renewals
• Dilapidations claims
• Breach of covenant matters
• Strategic advice on lease exits

Although you'll be based in Bristol or Bath, you'll also work alongside colleagues across other offices, benefiting from shared expertise and a strong team culture.
