Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is assisting a leading national law firm to appoint a Solicitor/Associate into its Real Estate Litigation team in Manchester. You will work on high-quality commercial property disputes for a broad range of clients, including household names.

The role offers a flexible hybrid working pattern across Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle or Liverpool, with opportunities to develop expertise in 1954 Act lease renewals, dilapidations, landlord remedies and related disputes.

• Experience in commercial Real Estate Litigation with strong technical understanding of areas such as the 1954 Act, dilapidations, landlord remedies, notices and property-related disputes.

Property Litigation Solicitor

A leading national law firm is looking to strengthen its expandingReal Estate Litigation teamwith the appointment of a talented Solicitor/Associate.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and ambitious team, working on high-quality and varied commercial property disputes for a broad range of clients, including major household names.

The opportunity

You will have exposure to a wide range of commercial property disputes, including:

• 1954 Act lease renewals, both opposed and unopposed
• Break options and contractual/statutory notices
• Dilapidations disputes and settlements
• Restrictive covenants
• Rights of way, boundary disputes, trespass and nuisance
• Telecoms disputes
• Possession and insolvency-related matters
• Rent arrears, forfeiture, CRAR and landlord remedies
• Court proceedings and wider commercial property disputes

The team works closely with the firm's transactional Real Estate practice, alongside dedicated Legal Operations, Business Services and real estate paralegal support.

What is the firm looking for?
