Property Litigation Solicitor 4:5 PQE Leeds c GBP 85,000 (DOE) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Property Litigator to join a thriving Leeds team offering the opportunity to handle a varied commercial property disputes caseload

The Role

• Join a thriving and well:regarded property disputes team located in Leeds.
• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property litigation matters, which includes but is not limited to disputes relating to landlord and tenant issues, easements, adverse possession, restrictive covenants and rights to light.
• Handle matters with genuine autonomy and responsibility, whilst simultaneously working with and supporting a collaborative team.
• Advise a diverse client base across a range of sectors and deliver practical, commercially focused solutions to complex property disputes.

The Candidate

• Applications are welcomed from Property Litigation Solicitors with 4 to 5 years of post:qualification experience.
• The successful candidate will have experience in commercial property disputes and have handled a wide range of property:related litigation.
• You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A client:focused approach and confidence managing your own caseload is necessary.
