Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters with appropriate supervision.
• Advise clients on landlord and tenant disputes.
• Handle lease renewals, both contested and uncontested.
• Manage dilapidations claims and disputes.
• Advise on break notices, forfeiture, and possession proceedings.
• Support clients with rent review disputes and property management issues.
• Assist senior lawyers and partners on complex and high-value litigation matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and networking activities.
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
