Oculus Legal Group is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Solicitor / Associate to join its established Manchester team with hybrid working. You will handle complex commercial property disputes and build strong client relationships.
You will work on lease renewals, dilapidations, covenants, boundaries and rent arrears, with support from paralegals and operations teams. This role offers exposure to high-quality work for major household-name clients within a supportive national practice.
Locations: Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle or Liverpool
Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE

You’ll have access to dedicated real estate paralegal support and work closely with specialist legal operations and business services teams, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality legal advice and excellent client service.
You’ll ideally have solid experience in commercial real estate litigation and be confident handling your own matters with a strong understanding of the technical and commercial issues involved.
You’ll be someone who takes ownership of your work, enjoys building client relationships and wants to develop as part of an established team.
