Clyde & Co in Manchester is seeking a Paralegal/Litigation Executive to support our Property & Liability team. You will assist with a caseload of property liability claims and help negotiate settlements on behalf of our corporate client, with exposure to higher value matters as needed.

The role requires strong analysis, excellent communication, and solid organisation, along with prior experience in a Property & Liability environment or litigation, and a professional approach to client and staff

Qualifications

• Paralegal/Litigation executive role experience.
• Knowledge of property or recoveries preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with a caseload of Property & Liability cases for a corporate client.
• Assist with negotiating settlements on behalf of the client.
• Support exposure to higher value property damage claims.
