Job summary

• Previous experience held in a Paralegal/Litigation executive role.
• Ideally knowledge of property or recoveries.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents including contracts, leases, deeds, purchase agreements, and liability waivers.
• Conduct title searches and review property records to identify liens, easements, or encumbrances.
• Assist with due diligence for property transactions, including gathering and organizing relevant documentation.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, insurers, and other stakeholders to coordinate information and progress matters efficiently.
• Manage case files and ensure all property and liability matters are accurately documented and updated.
• Conduct legal research on property law, liability issues, zoning regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Support litigation preparation in property disputes and liability claims, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and evidence bundles.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of documents with courts, registries, or regulatory bodies.
• Prepare reports and summaries for solicitors on case developments, risk assessments, and potential legal implications.
