Qualifications

• Previous experience held in a Paralegal/Litigation executive role.
• Ideally previous experience held in or knowledge of property or recoveries.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills/knowledge.
• Professional manner with the ability to build relationships internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a caseload of Property & Liability cases for a corporate client.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of the client and assess/review damages.
• Gain exposure to higher value claims by assisting with more complex property damage cases.
• Demonstrate logical information analysis and strong communication with clients and staff.
