Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with experience in insurance litigation, property damage, or liability claims.

Responsibilities

• Advising insurers on coverage and handling property, liability and specialist coverage matters.
• Conducting liability defence work and managing high-value claims for London market clients.
• Developing defence strategies and handling claims through to resolution, including litigation where required.
• Managing diverse caseload including subsidence, construction and rail liability disputes.
