Job summary

Charters Estate Agents is seeking a detail-focused Inventory Clerk to join our team. You will carry out property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections, producing accurate reports with photographic evidence for a portfolio of residential properties in the Brighton and Hove area.

You will travel across the local portfolio, capture photos, identify maintenance issues, and maintain precise records while delivering a professional service to tenants, landlords and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in property inventories, lettings, or property management is beneficial.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Confidence using digital devices and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inventory, check-in and check-out inspections.
• Produce clear, accurate reports supported by photographic evidence.
• Identify and report maintenance issues.
