Job summary

Copperfield Recruitment is seeking a Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk in London to join a leading independent inventory company. You will inspect properties before and after tenancies, compile digital inventories on an iPad, and prepare check-in/out and mid-term reports with accurate descriptions and evidential photos.

The role requires excellent written and spoken English, strong time management and attention to detail, and a professional, reliable approach.

• Proven experience as an inventory clerk or strong residential lettings background.

• Confident with IT and mobile apps.

• Inspect properties before and after tenancies.
