Job summary

Coventry City Council is seeking a Systems and Process Manager for the Corporate Property Information team. You will develop and maintain land, property and asset records and lead system changes, policy creation and data mapping to improve information flow.

You will manage data sets, support portfolio policy, and provide training on PAMs and GIS to users and service managers. The role requires strong ICT skills and accuracy under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in the use and development of computerised information systems, including data structures, presentation, and reporting.
• Knowledge of ICT and its application to improving service delivery; managing large datasets.
• Ability to map and develop business procedures; contribute to policy and procedure creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop data export/import files and reports for PAMs and QubePM.
• Support implementation and maintenance of Corporate Property Asset Management Systems and GIS.
• Provide technical advice and training to other users.
