Job summary

Lakelovers, part of Sykes Holiday Cottages, seeks an Account Manager to join our Keswick team. You will be the first point of contact for property owners, helping them optimise their holiday homes while ensuring guests have a seamless, memorable experience.

Based in Keswick, the role is full-time (37.5 hours, Mon-Sat, 9am–5:30pm, with Sunday and one weekday off). You’ll respond to queries, maintain records, and work with teams to improve performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service or customer relations experience.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• IT literacy, especially MS Office.
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for owners, offering guidance and support
• Respond to guest and owner queries quickly and efficiently
• Keep accurate records of all communications
• Work with owners to improve property performance and compliance
• Collaborate with teams across Property Services, Quality & Revenue Management
• Handle feedback to help improve guest satisfaction
