Job summary

Prestwich-based client is hiring a Property Executive to support sales progression and property management. You will liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and agents to drive sales through to completion, and act as the main contact for tenants while logging maintenance inquiries.

You will schedule routine repairs and compliance checks (Gas Safety, Electricals) with local contractors, launch and update listings on Rightmove and OnTheMarket, and qualify leads, book viewings and valuations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in an estate agency or property management environment.
• Strong organisation, excellent communication under pressure, and experience with property databases.
• Valid UK driving licence (required for local property visits).

Responsibilities

• Drive agreed sales through to completion by liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and agents.
• Act as the main contact for tenants, log maintenance inquiries, and assist the Lettings Manager.
• Schedule routine repairs and compliance checks (Gas Safety, Electricals) with local contractors.
• Launch and update listings across portals like Rightmove & OnTheMarket.
• Qualify leads, handle inbound inquiries, and book viewings and valuations.
