Job summary

The Ambitious Group is seeking a Property Executive in Prestwich to support sales progression and property management. You will liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and agents, and handle tenant inquiries while assisting the Lettings Manager.

A valid UK driving licence is required for local property visits; expect 28 days annual leave and a generous commission structure with a salary ranging from £23,000 to £28,000 per year depending on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in an estate agency or property management environment.
• Strong organisation, excellent communication under pressure, and experience with property databases.
• Valid UK driving licence (required for local property visits).

Responsibilities

• Drive agreed sales through to completion by liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and agents.
• Act as the main contact for tenants, log maintenance inquiries, and assist the Lettings Manager.
• Schedule routine repairs and compliance checks (Gas Safety, Electricals) with local contractors.
• Launch and update listings across portals like Rightmove & OnTheMarket.
• Qualify leads, handle inbound inquiries, and book viewings and valuations.
