Job summary

Nexus ERP Limited is recruiting an Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Lettings Property Manager for our Prestwich branch. The role focuses on sales progression and property management support, ensuring a smooth process for buyers, sellers and tenants.

Working Monday to Friday 9:15am–4:15pm, 35 hours per week, with salary negotiable depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and solid knowledge of property regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience in sales progression and property management.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of letting and estate agency regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily tasks related to sales progression and support Lettings Manager with property management duties.
