Job summary

The Acorn Group in Liverpool is recruiting for a Third Party Property Damage Claims Handler to join our expanding claims team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of property damage claims and make liability and quantum decisions in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Joining the Liverpool City centre team, you will work 37.5 hours weekly from 9:00am to 5:30pm, with salary £26,937 plus potential bonuses after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling third party property damage claims is preferred.
• Ability to learn new skills and adapt to changing requirements.
• Knowledge of civil procedure rules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of property damage claims.
• Investigate and decide indemnity, liability and quantum.
• Drive down claim costs through effective strategies.
• Maintain clear file and portfolio management.
