Job summary

MPJ Recruitment Ltd is assisting in recruiting a Third Party Property Damage Handler in Bolton to manage a varied caseload of Third Party Property Damage and motor-related claims. The role focuses on thorough investigation, liability assessment, and delivering high-quality outcomes while supporting customers through every stage of the claims journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant claims experience.
• Experience handling Third Party claims, ideally Property Damage.
• CII qualification or willingness to work towards one.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/4 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of Third Party Property Damage claims.
• Investigating claims and establishing liability.
• Assessing claim circumstances and determining appropriate outcomes.
• Managing workload and prioritising cases.
• Handling complex, disputed and higher-value claims.
• Liaising with solicitors, insurers and other third parties.
• Reviewing evidence and documentation to support claim decisions.
• Identifying potential fraudulent activity and escalating concerns.
• Working with internal teams to ensure claims progress smoothly.
• Maintaining accurate claims records and documentation.
• Providing a professional and customer-focused service throughout the claims journey.
