Alton Core LTD is recruiting an experienced Property Assistant for a busy residential conveyancing team in Otley. You will support the solicitor in charge on a range of transactional matters, with duties including file opening, property searches, HM Land Registry work, and pre/post-completion tasks.

The role requires 2–3 years' relevant experience, strong IT skills, and a willingness to work in a full-time, office-based position within roughly 8–10 miles of Otley.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' residential property/conveyancing experience.
• Experience using case management systems and strong IT skills.
