Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an experienced property maintenance or surveying professional to join the Property Condition Survey Team. You will undertake building condition surveys and provide property-related advice across a portfolio, contributing to high standards and positive change from day one.

We’re looking for someone with the knowledge, confidence, and professionalism to make an impact from day one and join our Property Condition Survey Team undertaking building condition surveys and providing property related advice across a range of building portfolios —being part of a team driving positive change and high standards.
