Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking an experienced property maintenance or surveying professional to join the Property Condition Survey Team. You will undertake building condition surveys and provide property-related advice across a portfolio, contributing to high standards and positive change from day one.

The role requires clear communication, professionalism, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or surveying.
• Ability to explain building maintenance issues clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Basic Welsh language level expected; support provided on appointment.
