Job summary

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a Responsive Maintenance Non Housing Inspector to join our in-house property maintenance service. The role requires an HNC (or equivalent) and a can-do attitude, with responsibilities centered on our customer-focused team based in Llanelli and Carmarthen.

If you lack an HNC, you must work towards one. The post offers generous holidays, pension, and benefits; part-time is pro-rata'd from the 37-hour full-time salary.

As part of our commitment to maintaining and improving our Non-Housing Stock Portfolio, we are looking for a Responsive Maintenance Non Housing Inspector with a can-do attitude to join our customer-focused in-house property maintenance service.

You will be qualified to HNC (or equivalent experience) in a related field, such as construction management, engineering, facilities management.

If you do not currently hold an HNC, you will be required to commit to working towards and obtaining an HNC or an equivalent qualification.

Our teams operate from Trostre, Llanelli and Parc Myrddin, Carmarthen.
