Chadwick Nott is recruiting a Property Litigation Associate for a highly regarded Exeter law firm. The role requires 1-5 years PQE in property disputes and offers a hybrid working pattern with a competitive salary of £55k–£80k per year depending on experience.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, advise a mix of private and corporate clients, and contribute to the growth of the Property Litigation team in Exeter.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years PQE in property litigation.
• Experience in disputes involving development land, property contracts, and landlord/tenant matters.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Proactive, commercially aware and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of contentious property matters.
• Advise private and corporate clients, retailers, landowners, developers and investors.
• Manage own caseload with supervision and support.
• Engage directly with clients from an early stage.
• Contribute to development and long-term success of the Property Litigation team.
