Base pay range

Location: OL3 (Delph)

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Monday to Friday - 8.30am - 5.00pm

Working with a well-established insurance company looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Property Claims Handler. If you’re experienced in managing property claims and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of property claims from first notification to settlement
• Assess claims validity and negotiate settlements within your authority level
• Liaise with policyholders, loss adjusters, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and timely records using internal claims systems
• Ensure all claims are processed in accordance with regulatory and company standards
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process

Requirements:

• Previous experience handling domestic or commercial property claims (not essential)
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles and FCA guidelines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases with accuracy and efficiency
• Comfortable using claims management systems and Microsoft Office
