Role Title: Automotive Services Claims Handler
Job Summary
We are looking to recruit claims handlers in a full-time permanent position to support the company’s continuing growth, reporting to the Automotive Services Team Leader. The role is Fully Remote.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the third-party claims lifecycle, delivering high energy outbound calls to motor insurance claimants to convert third party repairs and associated vehicle hire into the insurer’s preferred repair network and replacement vehicle providers, liaising with the claimant, supplier partners, and setting up invoice payments.
Experience working in a similar role is desired, but not essential.

We are primarily looking for candidates who excel in handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as managing objections effectively. While experience in the insurance or credit hire sector can be helpful, it is not essential for this role, as full training will be provided to cover these areas. Our main focus is on your communication skills and ability to navigate conversations confidently.
