Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager for its Property TPA Division in the United Kingdom. The role entails pro-active management of claims to settlement, delivering high-quality service to customers, clients and colleagues, and meeting client-specific service level criteria.

You will work with a national team of field Adjusters and handle your own caseload of Household/HNW, Commercial Property and Real Estate claims through to settlement, including

Qualifications

• Experience in handling property and casualty claims across Household/HNW, Commercial Property & Real Estate would be advantageous.
• Strong written reporting skills for insurer submissions.
• Proactive approach to settlement and client advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of Household/HNW, Commercial Property and Real Estate claims through to settlement.
• Provide first-class customer service to policyholders, insurers and contractors and write full settlement recommendations in reports.
