Job summary

Exchange Street Claims & Financial Services seeks a Case Manager for their Property TPA Division. You will manage a caseload of Household/HNW, Commercial Property and Real Estate claims through to settlement, delivering first-class customer service and meeting client SLAs.

You will write full, detailed reports with settlement recommendations and liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other parties to settle claims pro-actively.

• Handle caseload of Household/HNW, Commercial Property & Real Estate claims through to settlement.
