Exchange Street Executive Search is seeking a Case Manager for a client’s Property TPA Division in the United Kingdom. You will provide first-class service to customers, clients and colleagues, ensuring claims are pro-actively managed to resolution.

You will handle your own caseload including Household/HNW, Commercial Property and Real Estate claims through to settlement, writing detailed insurer reports and coordinating with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other stakeholders to reach

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to customers, clients and colleagues while pro-actively managing claims to conclusion.
• Handle own caseload of Household/HNW, Commercial Property and Real Estate claims through to settlement.
• Write full and detailed reports for insurers with recommendations for settlement and liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and others to settle claims.
