GCB Recruitment in Dereham, Norfolk, is recruiting an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join a growing estate agency. You will manage a residential portfolio, oversee tenancy management, ensure compliance, and work with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

This role offers a £32,000–£36,000 basic salary, free parking, 28–37 days holiday, pension, training opportunities, and clear career progression in a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Experience in lettings, property management, estate agency or social housing.
• Good understanding of current lettings legislation and upcoming changes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational and administration skills.
• Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure.
• Mature, proactive and able to work independently.
• Genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Committed to personal development and keen to progress.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager, you will:
