Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Property Administration Manager based in Ashby de la Zouch to oversee the property portfolio, administration and financial processes. You will support day-to-day operations, ensure records accuracy and coordinate across internal stakeholders and external professionals.

The role emphasizes organisation, attention to detail and strong communication to optimise costs and ensure smooth Head Office operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting property administration and coordinating financial, supplier and stakeholder activities.
• Knowledge of property documentation, rent, rates, service charges, PO and subtenant invoicing.
• Experience supporting multi-site commercial properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build strong internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property records and ensure accuracy and up-to-date documentation.
• Handle property-related payments including rent, rates, insurance and service charges.
• Raise and administer purchase orders for repairs and CapEx.
• Manage subtenant relationships and invoicing to ensure accurate property income.
• Liaise with rates consultants to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to property consultants, solicitors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain Real Estate database with current property information.
