Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Head of Real Estate to lead the real estate function across England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales, based at Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will shape the property strategy, oversee transactions and facilities management.

You will collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance and Legal, manage a team of real estate experts, and drive cost efficiency while supporting long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial or industrial real estate management.
• Strong understanding of property markets and sourcing processes.
• Ability to interpret financial information and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across the UK and Ireland and manage a team of real estate experts.
• Oversee full lifecycle of real estate transactions including leases, acquisitions, relocations, and disposals.
• Develop strategic lease negotiation plans and lead high-value negotiations.
• Prepare and oversee budgets covering rent, maintenance, and investments.
• Coordinate governance and project approvals for ICAP.
• Utilize PLANON tools and manage maintenance costs under a national contract.
