Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an organised Accounts Payable Assistant for our finance team at the head office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. You will oversee invoice processing in collaboration with our outsourced AP partner, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Ideal candidates will have experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role, with solid Excel skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience with outsourced or shared service AP functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor invoice processing with the outsourced partner and internal teams.
• Investigate invoice exceptions relating to PO, coding, approvals, tax and supplier data.
• Reconcile supplier statements and respond to enquiries about invoices and payments.
• Support payment preparation, verify bank details and investigate duplicate payments.
• Assist with month‑end activities and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor service levels of the outsourced provider and seek process improvements.
