Job summary

Screwfix is seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to lead campaigns across UK & IE websites and apps. You will own planning, execution and optimisation, working with Marketing, Commercial, Design and Digital teams to deliver engaging experiences that meet customer and business goals.

This 12 month fixed term contract sits within our E-Commerce team, offering hybrid working, a discretionary bonus up to 20%, and generous holiday.

Qualifications

Experience delivering e-commerce campaigns across websites and apps.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Own the digital campaign and content strategy for UK & IE websites and apps.
Plan and optimise campaign activity to meet commercial and customer goals.
Improve engagement, conversion and revenue via data-driven insights.
Define and govern the digital campaign roadmap across platforms.
Collaborate with Commercial Planning, Digital Trading, Marketing, Design and Tech teams.
Drive experimentation through A/B testing and actionable insights.
Brief and prioritize Design/Digital teams to deliver high-quality work.
Manage competing priorities and adapt to trading conditions.
Ensure digital content governance, accessibility and inclusive design.
Coach and develop a Digital Campaign Planner.
