Screwfix is seeking a Promotions Planning Manager to own the 18-month rolling promotional plan, partnering with Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to identify top opportunities and drive commercial impact.

You’ll influence campaign direction, coordinate end-to-end promotions, and present financial analyses to optimise every event while shaping customer value.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership for the 18-month rolling Screwfix promotional campaign plan across Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end internal promotional process with stakeholders.
• Manage FOH layout plans to maximise sales and customer value.
• Collaborate with marketing on printed and online promotional material and update legislation as required.
• Identify top promotional offers and work with marketing on campaign propositions.
• Report and provide financial analysis for each promotional period and make recommendations for future events.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as hub between Commercial, Supply Chain and Marketing.
• Deliver total business promotional campaigns within Trade Planning.

As our Promotions Planning Manager, you’ll take ownership of Screwfix’s rolling promotional plan, shaping and delivering compelling campaigns that offer great value for our customers while driving sales and commercial performance.

Sitting at the heart of Trading, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, you’ll connect the dots across the business, identifying the strongest promotional opportunities, influencing campaign direction and using performance insight to make each event even better than the last. Responsibilities

• Take ownership for the 18-month rolling Screwfix promotional campaign plan. Work in collaboration with the trading teams and Supply Chain to select relevant promotions into the Commercial Trading Plan in alignment with the Customer Plan.
• Co-ordinate and manage the end-to-end internal promotional process with internal stakeholders & appropriate channels.
• Manage FOH layout plans to maximise sales and customer value from the promotional package
• Working closely with marketing team on all printed and online promotional material and update key industry legislation where required
• Identify and highlight the top promotional offers and work collaboratively with marketing to build the customer promotional campaign proposition.
• Report and provide financial analysis for each promotional campaign period. Present findings and provide recommendation for future events
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders and act as the central hub between Commercial, Supply Chain and Marketing teams for all Screwfix BAU promotional campaigns
• Work collaboratively within Trade Planning to deliver the total business promotional campaigns.
• Provide effective line management and leadership to Commercial Coordinator
• Pro-actively review processes and ways of working to identify and recommend areas for continuous improvement
