Wakefield Council is delivering an ambitious Estate Strategy across a portfolio of over 1,700 properties. With major capital projects already in progress, we are looking for a Projects Supervisor to help drive delivery and ensure our investments meet the needs of our residents and stakeholders.
As Projects Supervisor, you’ll work closely with Property Business Partners and stakeholders across the council to deliver high-quality capital projects and programs. You’ll support project planning, procurement, contractor coordination, governance, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards, CDM regulations, and internal governance.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role involving site visits, reviewing technical designs, and contractor bids, with a real impact on Wakefield’s built environment.

You’ll work with experienced Property Business Partners and senior leaders, gaining insight into large-scale public sector capital programs, from scoping to procurement and delivery.
