Jones Lighting – now part of United Living Group – is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Supervisor to help drive high-quality delivery across HV and LV jointing projects. Tasks

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking ownership of electrical jointing projects from start to finish
• Leading site teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and to spec
• Managing programmes, materials, labour, and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with all NERS and H&S standards
• Auditing, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll bring:
Strong experience in electrical jointing (LV/HV), with DNO/IDNO authorisation (past or present)
Track record of managing site teams and technical delivery
Solid knowledge of NRSWA, CDM, and SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH
A sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for doing things the right way
