Jones Lighting – now part of United Living Group – is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Supervisor to help drive high-quality delivery across HV and LV jointing projects. Tasks

What you’ll be doing:

1. Taking ownership of electrical jointing projects from start to finish
2. Leading site teams to deliver safely, efficiently, and to spec
3. Managing programmes, materials, labour, and budgets
4. Ensuring compliance with all NERS and H&S standards
5. Auditing, mentoring, and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll bring:

• Strong experience in electrical jointing (LV/HV), with DNO/IDNO authorisation (past or present)
• Track record of managing site teams and technical delivery
• Solid knowledge of NRSWA, CDM, and SMSTS/IOSH/NEBOSH
• A sharp eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and a passion for doing things the right way
