Job summary

Salutem Care and Education in Windsor is seeking a Resourcer (Projects) to support hiring across divisions. This role offers 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days from home), with a salary of £27,945 per annum.

You will partner with hiring managers to post vacancies, source talent, and coordinate interviews up to offer. You will manage candidate records, ensure Right to Work documentation, track KPIs, and maintain strong relationships with managers while supporting

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable manner.
• Proactive mindset and ability to independently resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to offer acceptance.
• Ensure timely upload of Right to Work documents and interview notes by hiring managers.
• Proactively follow up with managers to progress candidate files swiftly and compliantly.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers with accurate data.
• Meet KPIs such as time-to-hire, offer volume, and compliance targets.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support managers in tracking candidates.
• Post vacancies on internal and external job boards.
• Schedule interviews in coordination with managers and candidates.
• Source passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles using Boolean search and CV databases.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruitment guidance.
