Job summary

Aqumen Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to support our temporary, permanent and event recruitment teams from our Carrwood Park, Leeds office. The role offers a structured, full-time schedule with 9.00am-5.30pm hours and a £26,000 salary.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will manage candidate records in our CRM, brief candidates on roles, and coordinate interviews while maintaining confidentiality and GDPR compliance. Homeworking is possible on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment administration and candidate screening.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage records.
• Able to brief candidates on job roles, shifts and locations.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment across temporary, permanent and event teams.
• Update CRM accurately with candidate data and activity.
• Interview candidates to assess skills, availability, and fit.
• Brief candidates on duties, working hours, location and expectations.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Follow procedures for candidate registration, right-to-work checks, confidentiality and data protection.
