Job summary

Haseltine Lake Kempner seeks a Projects & Change Manager in the UK to shape how projects are run and delivered. You will design a flexible, proportionate approach, lead projects from initiation to closure, and act as project manager, coordinator, business analyst and testing support as needed.

Based in Bristol or London with hybrid working, you will collaborate with sponsors, management, fee earners and external suppliers. This is a new, permanent role reporting to the Head of Operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating projects, ideally several at once.
• Hands-on use of project tools and documents (plans, RAID logs, status reports).
• Experience running meetings and following up on actions.
• Exposure to requirements gathering, process mapping or user testing.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation across deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with people at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Shape HLK's project approach with a flexible, proportionate framework.
• Deliver projects and change from initiation to closure across cross-functional teams.
• Governance and admin tasks: meetings, decisions, action tracking and documentation.
• Business analysis and testing: map processes, write requirements, assist with UAT.
• Stakeholder engagement: build relationships and communicate progress clearly.
