Job summary

Tetra Tech Europe is seeking an Associate Design Manager to provide technical and strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from £100k to £100m+. Based in London or Bristol, the role supports hybrid working with travel across the UK as needed to coordinate design delivery and client engagement.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage programme and risk, and contribute to business growth while ensuring safe, buildable solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline.
• Chartered status, or progress towards chartership, is desirable.
• UK experience leading multidisciplinary design on complex projects is required.
• Security Clearance ability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated, compliant and buildable solutions.
• Coordinate design delivery across project lifecycle and manage programme and risk.
• Engage with clients, consultants and contractors to drive shared success.
• Support business growth and evolution of Design Management capability.
