Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living in Haverhill is seeking a Project Worker to support people experiencing homelessness within our homelessness service at The Limes. The role is 26 hours per week across four 6.5‑hour shifts, with some weekend work, offering a competitive salary and a values‑driven environment.

You will join a compassionate team, earn 33 days’ annual leave pro rata, sickness pay linked to service length, and access a contributory pension.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness.
  • Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach.
  • Able to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
  • Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).

  • Assess needs and update support plans
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries

Your role
