Job summary

Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a Project Worker to join our homelessness service at 71-78 Grove Park, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The role supports people experiencing homelessness, helping them build independence and reach their potential, on a 37.5-hour week paid at £13.87 per hour.

The role offers a compassionate, community-focused environment with training, development, and an inclusive culture. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and provide adjustments during the process.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults who have experienced homelessness
• Positive, flexible and enthusiastic approach
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Strong organisational skills with good literacy and numeracy
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)

Your role

• Support customers who have experienced homelessness to build independence and reach their potential
